All employees are provided with a safe and healthy work environment. Our internal processes comply with safe work practices and reflect our commitment to hazard, incident and accident prevention. Further knowledge and legislative updates are continually monitored and disseminated throughout the business, ensuring all employees are working according to internal and external requirements. Reflecting our renewable energy systems work, we are committed to minimising environmental impacts and risks in the workplace.

Problem solving

In addition to being a product and service provider, we consider ourselves to be solution providers. By following the customer cycle, it allows us to identify any concerns or issues that may arise and address these accordingly for the customer.

Communication skills

High quality account management requires a high level of communication within a business. Open communication with our key stakeholders; employees, customers and suppliers is critical. Aligning with our customer cycle, to understand our customers a consultative communication approach is adopted. This means gaining an understanding of their individual or business requirements, and processes managed by the decision influencers.
